Real Property Litigation

When real property is involved, you need experienced litigators that understand litigation, how courts deal with real property disputes and the special rules and remedies that apply.  When Betty Shumener, one of the founding partners of Shumener, Odson & Oh LLP, began her career, she did so with a specialty in dealing with real property disputes.  Betty Shumener’s knowledge and skills in this area of law have been consistently recognized, such as when she was named the 2012 Best Real Estate Litigation Lawyer in Southern California by Best Lawyers magazine.  Betty Shumener’s experience, knowledge and skills have been carried through to the other attorneys at Shumener, Odson & Oh LLP, each of whom specializes in real property litigation.
