  • Represented lender in three way jury trial obtaining verdict for lender in an amount exceeding $9.1 million

  • Represented owner of a 1.5 million sq. ft. office complex in a $220 million breach of contract and fraud action spanning nine complaints litigated in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and prevailing at each stage of the proceedings ultimately resulting in a favorable settlement

  • Represented majority owner in joint venture which owned $1.2 billion, 800-acre beachfront resort in Hawaii, earmarked for development of five hotels, condominiums and related amenities, resulting in, among other things, ouster of minority partner and recovery of damages
